By accessing or participating in the Tekhype Heritage Learning Challenge, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all applicable platform rules, scoring models, and policies published by Tekhype.
The Tekhype Heritage Learning Challenge is a skill-based educational initiative. It does not involve betting, wagering, lotteries, random draws, or any element of chance.
Participation outcomes are determined solely by learning engagement, knowledge performance, and adherence to published rules.
Participation is open only to eligible users who meet the published age, residency, and platform access requirements.
Users must authenticate through approved MTN Ghana channels where applicable and comply with all participation guidelines.
Points are awarded based on predefined educational actions and accumulated strictly for ranking purposes, as detailed in the Scoring & Fairness Model.
Rewards are allocated based on verified rankings and eligibility criteria. No reward is allocated by chance or random selection.
To promote fairness and broad participation, a participant who receives a reward in a given incentive cycle shall not be eligible to receive the same category of reward in the immediately subsequent cycle.
Tekhype reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any participant suspected of:
Such actions may result in disqualification, suspension, or exclusion without entitlement to rewards.
Tekhype endeavours to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond its control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekhype shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the initiative or use of the platform.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Tekhype reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated terms will be published on the platform.
